Now that the busy holiday and Valentine's seasons are behind us, we've been able to sit down and look at our shipping rates and zones a little more closely. The great news is that we've been able to broaden our reach a little. That includes Israel, and a handful of more remote areas around Europe. We're also really excited that we were able to lower our rates to the US and Canada by a little bit. We know we have a few Strange Bedfellas fans there that want the option of ordering from us, too!
The not-so-great news is that we had to raise our rates to the UK by a little. Unfortunately with Brexit, we were running into too many customs delays and charges to risk some of the lower-priced carriers. For that reason, we are now only using DHL Express for that region: They have the international shipping expertise to avoid any of these inconveniences and get our customers their parcels reliably and quickly. Hopefully we can add cheaper options again before too long.
